Problem with firware upgrad

I have problem with updating 1.10 firmware to my mpd. I am doing all what is said in vyzor manual and when i open up and send the new version of firmware to my mpd, lcd screen all the time is showing 00 receiving and nothing changes. I was waiting more than one hour and still nothing changes, now my mpd don't have firmware. What could be a problem?

Are you on Mac OSX Snow Leopard? The firmware upgrader won't work for MPD24 on this OS.

If you are on Windows or an earlier version of OSX, open the 'MIDI->MIDI OUT Ports...' dialog and specifically select the MPD24's MIDI Port (uncheck the 'Always Start with all MIDI ports Open' item) and close the dialog. Then try the steps in the firmware upgrade PDF - With the MPD24 specifically selected as the destination these steps should work this time.

Once you have upgraded the firmware, remember to re-check the 'Always Start with all MIDI ports Open' in the 'MIDI->MIDI OUT Ports...' dialog.
