program to send MIDI seq. by keyboard keys

As there was no response to my request may be it was misunderstanding.

What I´m looking for is a kind of HOTKEY. E.g. when pressing the F1 button the Sound of Bank 1A should be activated, or when pressing the F5 button the delay with pre-selected parameters should be activated. I´m wondering that no one is looking for similar functionality

1st request:

Hi, I´m looking for a small program which allows me to switch between different sound by a hit of a keyboard key of my computer. The program should send the MIDI sequences which are show in lower part of the Vyzex Pocket POD.

Does somebody have such a program or knows about ?
