trying so hard to get the firmware

i have recentally purchased a akai mpk25 i have everything else set up but the machine keeps reading "upgrade no firmware" i need to find out where to get the firmware....thanx..............Beatless in jersey..

I have sent you an email with the file: Akai Professional has given me permission to send it out to anyone in need this way, so anyone else who has accidentally dumped their firmware can ask here and I will review each case and respond accordingly.

im very sorry for the barrage of messages but if it respnds in the vyzex mpk25 program on my computer when i push the keys does that mean i still have the firmware and have a different problem ableton is showing the mpk25 as oarange when i try to turn it on under track in the midi syncronization screen as i mentioned before. am i just a paranoid idiot who is doing somthing wrong or did partially installing the firmware patch mess me up. please tony help me there is no contact phone number to akai you are my only hope please.
